    •    Exchanges, Replacement, Defective and Damages product will be delivered in 5-7 working days.

    •    Exchange is subject to product availability. If the product is unavailable, you may choose a refund or store credit.

Return Process

    2.    Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return/exchange.

    3.    Our team will verify the request and arrange for reverse pickup (if available in your location).

    4.    Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your exchange or refund.

    •    Refunds (for eligible returns) will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after product inspection.

    •    COD orders will be Credited via bank transfer or store credit.

    •    Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
